Message from the Head – 28th April 2016

I hope everybody enjoys the extended bank holiday weekend as you will know school is closed tomorrow for training day. Good luck to all those who are off to play in football tournaments with their clubs.

Next week Lower School only are closed for polling, please note that Skamps are opening all day to accommodate parents for whom this will be an issue.

SATs will take place the week beginning the 9th for Key Stage 2 and week beginning 16th for Key Stage 1 so attendance in this coming period is really important.

We have had a few entries for the Queen’s knickers project – This may be a good weekend activity. We need as many pairs as possible please to hang on the Royal washing line.

A huge thank you to our Junior Leadership Team, ambassadors and collective worship committee who spoke so eloquently to our SIAMs inspector today. They were fantastic advocates for
our school. The results of today’s inspection will be shared when we have it and the final report will be published on the school website.

It was lovely to see our children who won awards at the Festival of Arts, appearing in the Nuneaton News yesterday – a great achievement – Well Done!
